Daniel H. Fitzgerald
Chief Investment Officer

Daniel is a co-founder and partner at PCP. Daniel has over 27 years of sales, trading and investment management experience. Since October 2000 he has served on the Audit Committee of Pathmark and currently chairs the Nominating Committee. Prior to co-founding PCP, Daniel was Managing Director and Co-Head of High Yield for Gleacher NatWest where he helped initiate and establish a successful leveraged finance business. Prior to joining Gleacher NatWest, Daniel was a Managing Director in the High Yield Sales department of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette for over 14 years.  His previous positions include Managing Director and Head of High Grade Trading & Sales at Russell & Co and Managing Director in fixed income trading at Loeb Rhoades. Daniel received his BA in Accounting from Manhattan College.

Sean Hidey
Partner and Chief Administrative Officer

Prior to joining PCP, Sean Hidey was the Chief Administrative Officer to the Leveraged Finance Group for CIBC World Markets for 6 ½ years.  She provided administrative management, supervision, planning and responded to both internal auditors and external regulators. Her responsibilities included working with the firm’s various infrastructure units to determine the appropriate level of resources for legal support, compliance, risk management, market data services, technology, finance, operations and facilities.  Sean also spent 6 months in CIBC’s London office organizing a High Yield group to service the European market.   Prior to CIBC, Sean was the partnership administrator and trader for Fortuna Advisors, an aggressive growth hedge fund.  Before Fortuna, she was an Account Executive for Seidler Amdec Securities selling and trading high yield bonds, and bank debt to institutional investors.   Prior to Seidler, Sean spent 8 years with Drexel Burnham Lambert’s high yield bond group in Beverly Hills as a trader of block equity orders, market-maker in OTC securities, and private placement coordinator.   Sean holds both Series 24 (principal) and Series 8 (supervisory) licenses with the NASD.
